New York, here we come
For the first time ASBPE’s National
Editorial Conference will be held in the B2B capital, Aug.
2-3.
To better service more than 100
ASBPE members in the New York City area and to draw
on the thousands
of other business-to-business editors in the New York
metro and surrounding areas, the Society will hold its 2007 National
Editorial Conference in the heart of the business-to-business
publishing market.
With more than 1,000 editors located
in New York and the surrounding area, and drawing on
the success
of our New York chapter, the Society hopes to draw a
large number of attendees to experience the special collegial
atmosphere generated at all ASBPE events, which allows
registrants to
get answers to their most important questions answered
in an accessible, friendly, and encouraging environment.
The
conference and the national Azbee Awards of Excellence
banquet will be held at the
Roosevelt Hotel. The hotel
is holding a
block of rooms at a discounted rate of $229
per night, which
may be booked directly with the hotel by calling (888)

site. Reservations must be made by July 9, 2007,
to get the special rate.
