Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and want you to know how we protect user information.

Only authorized staff are permitted to have access to your personal information, and such access is limited by need. For example, if you call us with a concern or complaint, our representative is allowed to access only the personal information that he or she needs to address your concern.

We do not make membership or mailing list information available to third parties, although we may occasionally send out offers on behalf of prescreened companies or nonprofit organizations that offer specific products and services we think may be of interest to you. Generally, these products and services are available to ASBPE members at a discounted rate as a membership benefit. (Please note that signing up for our email list does not make you a member; membership information is here.)

We also collect and use other information for internal purposes. For example, we keep records of comments about our site.

We do not use any data about where you, as an individual user, go on the World Wide Web in general. Nor do we share any of this data with outside companies. We do use navigational information in the aggregate to understand how our site is being used.

We provide you with the opportunity to update or correct your contact information that we have on file. ASBPE members may correct, add, or delete information in our files by signing into our Members Only area and clicking “Edit Your Profile.” Alternatively, both members or nonmembers who have signed up for our mailing list may make changes or delete their information altogether by emailing your request to us at info@asbpe.org, calling us at (630) 510-4588, faxing the request to (630) 510-450, or sending it to us at:
