The Tabbies international B2B magazine competition, which encompasses 12 editorial and six design categories, is open to English language business-to-business publications around the world that are published at least quarterly.
“For editors of U.S.-based trade and association publications, the Tabbie Awards are of growing importance as industry after industry goes global,” said Robert Freedman, national president of ASBPE. “The awards provide an opportunity for editors to learn what’s cutting edge today as we compete against our colleagues in London, Sydney, Chicago, and every other global market with a vital trade press.”
Last year’s Tabbie Awards exceeded expectations for a first-year awards program, said Paul J. Heney, president of TABPI (and immediate past president of ASBPE).
“We were thrilled with almost 300 entries in 2004. With this year’s wide range of partners helping to promote the awards, we’re sure that the Tabbies will involve even more B2B publications from all over the world.”
