Candidates should: be experienced in business-to-business reporting, writing and editing; have the ability to develop both long- and short-form content for a national online readership; be comfortable in communicating with major companies and brands; and be familiar with working trade shows and conferences. A journalism degree is preferred; knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
