You are invited to join us for a hands-on video workshop on April 29 in Kansas City!

Shoot-Edit-Share: A Hands-On Mobile Video How-To

Learn the basics of video production using your smartphone or tablet. Learn how to shoot, edit and share video, get tips to use the top apps — including Filmic Pro and Pinnacle Studio — and start producing high-quality video today.

This will be a hands-on workshop, so please bring your iPad, iPhone or other mobile device!

Sarah Redohl is the editor of the 10-time award winning monthly business magazine, the Columbia Business Times, based in Columbia, Missouri. She also teaches multimedia journalism at her alma mater, the Missouri School of Journalism.

Redohl presented a three-part ASBPE webcast series on multimedia storytelling for journalists. Members can log in and view the archived sessions online.

After years working on the utilization of mobile devices as multimedia creation tools in newsrooms, Redohl founded StoryLab LLC, a multimedia training and consulting firm, in 2014.

Previously, she has worked on projects for the Travel Channel, NPR and the U.S. Department of State, among others. In 2013, she was selected as one of Folio: Magazine’s 15 Under 30 young professionals driving media’s next-gen innovation.
