ASBPE names B2B Website of the Year

ASBPE named American Banker (americanbanker.com) the B2B Website of the Year during the 41st annual Azbee Awards of Excellence banquet.

The ASBPE awards, in Overall Excellence, Online, Design, Print, and All Content divisions, were held in conjunction with GenerationB2B, ASBPE’s 2019 National Conference, from May 9-10 at The Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida. ASBPE represents more than 2,000 journalists for B2B publications.

This year more than 1,100 entries were received and about 90 experienced B2B editors and designers judged the 68 categories of entries.

In the Website of the Year competition, American Banker (SourceMedia) earned the top honor, and the TechRepublic and SevenFifty Daily websites won honorable mentions.

American Banker serves senior executives in banking and financial services, focusing on innovation, transformation, disruption, technology, regulation, and reform. According to SourceMedia, the banking industry’s C-suite engages with American Banker daily and throughout the day, online, in print, and at live events – generating more than 850,000 end-user interactions each year.

During the competition, our judges had much to say about American Banker. One judge commented: “Exceptionally well done, professional, polished, easy to navigate with a good use of color, graphics, and text. Top-notch writing as well.”
