ASBPE Chapter Application

Application for a chapter charter must be made by at least ten VOTING members of the society (ie, not associate or student members), all of whom must live or work in the proposed chapter area. The application must include a statement of planned membership activities and services. Please fill out the information below for the ASBPE Chapter that you wish to charter. This information will be forwarded to the national ASBPE committee members for approval.

This application will be forwarded to the national ASBPE board of directors for approval. After approval, the ASBPE President will issue the new charter and formally notify the President of the new chapter. We greatly appreciate your interest and we will be contact you shortly regarding your application.
